Delivery Information
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched same day. Delivery times vary by location:
- NSW, VIC, ACT (All Metro): 1-3 business days
- QLD Metro (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns): 1-3 business days
- SA Metro (Adelaide), WA Metro (Perth): 1-3 business days
- Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
PO Box Deliveries
Important: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
Bulky Items
Items over 30kg or exceeding 1 metre in any dimension require a custom freight quote. Your order will be placed on hold and we'll contact you within 24 hours with a freight quote. This includes server racks, large printers, and heavy UPS units.

Important Return Requirements
- •Items must be unopened and in original condition. Resealed items are NOT acceptable.
- •All returns require a Return Authority (RA) number before they will be accepted.
- •For faulty products, Return Authority must be approved by the manufacturer, which can take up to 48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Software with broken or opened seals
- Opened consumables (ink cartridges, toner, etc.)
- Custom-built or special order items
- Items that have been opened, used, or resealed
- Bulky items over 30kg or 1 metre in any dimension (require freight quote)
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (with valid RA number), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
