Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PC Mega Mart website (pcmegamart.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery location as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • Bulky or oversize items may require a custom freight quote.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Important Return Requirements

  • •Items must be unopened and in original condition. Resealed items are NOT acceptable.
  • •All returns require a Return Authority (RA) number before they will be accepted.
  • •For faulty products, Return Authority must be approved by the manufacturer, which can take up to 48 hours.

Return Conditions

  • Unopened Items Only: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or resealed will not be accepted for return.
  • Original Condition: All items must be in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials included.
  • 30 Day Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The Return Authority must be obtained before shipping the item back.

Return Authority (RA) Process

  1. Request Return Authority: Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Authority. You will receive a unique RA number that must be included with your return.
  2. Manufacturer Approval (Faulty Products): For products that are faulty or not working as intended, the Return Authority must be approved by the manufacturer. This process can take up to 48 hours. We will notify you once approval is received.
  3. Ship with RA Number: Once you have your RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the shipping label. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • • Software with broken or opened seals
  • • Opened consumables (ink cartridges, toner, etc.)
  • • Custom-built or special order items
  • • Items that have been opened, used, or resealed

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (with valid RA number), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of PC Mega Mart or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PC Mega Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
