Your Consumer Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by any warranty. These are called Consumer Guarantees. If a product fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee, you're entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
